Merge PDF Files
Merging in PDF Prime is simple and straight forward. Once you have PDF files listed in your file list, you can merge the files together by doing one of the following:
- Press the Merge button.
- Go to the Tools menu, then select Merge.
You will see a progress bar at the bottom of PDF Prime informing you of the merging process. Once merging is complete, a new PDF file will be created. The files will be merged into this new PDF file in the order they were listed in the PDF Prime file list. This new merged PDF will all be located in the same location as the first file that was merged. The name of the new merged PDF will be the same name as the first PDF, but will have “_merged” at the end of the file name.
